Sarah is a highly skilled Personal Trainer and Lifestyle Coach, with 25 years in the health and fitness industry. She believes health isn’t just about being fitter but doing so in a way that promotes wellbeing.
Sarah shares her deep knowledge of exercise, nutrition and wellbeing strategies with each client.
She is also skilled at meeting her clients where they are and helping them move towards their life dreams by supporting their health and fitness.
When working from a holistic perspective, Sarah’s clients have a greater chance of fitness and living their best lives while avoiding injury and burnout.
For clients that live in the Toronto area, Sarah offers personal training at her Wellness by design studio. For those residing elsewhere, Sarah offers on-line Zoom sessions.
Individual Personal Training Session fee: $150/per 60 minute session.
